Sertech Inc. was formed by Jim Patterson in May 2004 as a manufacturer’s representative specializing in servicing customer applications that require Radio Frequency (RF), Microwave and Lightwave products and services. Microwave Components Marketing (MCM) was founded by Joe McMahon in June 1987 as a manufacturer’s representative specializing in the same product areas.
Sertech Inc. and Microwave Components Marketing (MCM) merged in July of 2015 to form Sertech MCM. Sertech’s focus was primarily on commercial customers while MCM focused primarily on Defense/Aerospace. By joining forces, Sertech and MCM have created a well-staffed rep firm that services both the commercial and Defense/Aerospace markets.
Microwave Components Marketing (MCM) was founded to service the Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware market. Through hard work, that led to award winning sales growth, MCM was asked to expand into the Metropolitan New York market.
Sertech Inc. focused primarily on Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware market (E PA, SNJ and DE).
Combined, Sertech MCM is multi-market rep firm servicing the E PA, SNJ, DE and Metro NY markets.
