Inside, Outside and Distribution Sales
Josh has 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing. After spending 2 years studying Business Administration at West Chester University, he went on to operate and manage an Independent Bookstore for 10 years beginning in 1995. In addition to the brick-and-mortar business he participated in both regional and national conferences as the sole bookseller, and with the dawn of the internet age transitioned the business to become an online store, learning the technical side of digital inventory and database management.
In 2005, Josh transitioned to Consumer Electronics Sales with the Bose Corporation, reaching $1M in retail sales in his first 2 ½ years and being a team leader in technical training and support for the Sales team.
Having joined Microwave Components Marketing in 2010 as Administrator and Inside Sales Representative, Josh then translated his valuable experience in servicing the needs of the customer into the RF and Microwave arena. During this time he developed tools for forecasting and database management that were key in helping MCM grow to represent TriQuint in both the Eastern PA and Metro NY territories, managing Distribution for the company as well.
In July 2015 Josh joined the newly merged Sertech MCM team covering both Inside and Outside sales, putting his experience in Sales and customer service to use helping to grow sales for the manufacturers we represent.
